Tutorial: Launch a branded content hub
End-to-end walkthrough of building, branding, filling, and publishing a Microsite.
What you'll build
By the end of this tutorial you'll have a live, on-brand Microsite — a hosted web page that lives outside any single Broadcast. It carries your logo, colors, and fonts, holds richer content than an email can (articles, images, video, a survey), and has a shareable URL you can link from your Editions, from SMS, or from anywhere else. Think of it as the "read more" destination for a campaign.
Before you begin
- An Author account with permission to create Microsites (confirm the exact permission in your account).
- Your brand assets ready: logo, hex color values, and preferred fonts.
- The content you want to publish — headings, body copy, and any images or video links.
- Optional: a survey or other interactive block you'd like to embed.
Steps
- Create a new Microsite from the Microsites area and give it a clear internal name so teammates can find it later.
- Choose a starting layout or template. Pick one close to the structure you want (hero, article list, single long-form page) to save formatting time.
- Apply your branding. Set the logo, colors, and fonts once at the Microsite level so every section stays consistent (confirm the exact steps in your account).
- Add and arrange content blocks — text, images, buttons, and video. Keep headings short and put the most important message near the top.
- Add interactive content if you need it, such as an embedded survey. See Surveys for authoring details.
- Personalize where it helps. Insert personalization tags so returning subscribers see relevant details.
- Preview on desktop and mobile, then test every link and button.
- Publish. Copy the resulting shareable URL and link to it from your Edition before you Broadcast.
