Build an Internal Content Hub

Combine Editions and a microsite into an always-on destination where employees browse company content.

Scenario​

Your organization sends useful internal news by email, but the content disappears into inboxes after a single Broadcast. You want one always-on destination — an internal content hub — where employees can browse the latest updates, catch up on anything they missed, and share a stable link. This playbook shows how to pair the Editions you already build with a microsite so the same content lives in two places: pushed to inboxes and pulled from a hub.

Prerequisites​

  • A Folder (Project Folder) that organizes the Editions you want to feature.
  • Access to build a microsite (a hosted landing destination) in your account.
  • An audience of subscribers who should receive the email announcements.
  • Agreement on how often you'll refresh the hub (for example, weekly).

Steps​

  1. Organize your source content. Keep the Editions destined for the hub in a single Folder so they're easy to find and reuse.
  2. Build the hub microsite. Create a microsite to act as the landing destination, with sections for featured, recent, and archived content. See Microsites & experiences.
  3. Publish each Edition to the hub. As you finish an Edition, add or link it on the microsite so browsers always see the latest. (Confirm the exact publishing steps in your account.)
  4. Announce with a Broadcast. Send the Edition as a Broadcast that links back to the hub, driving subscribers to the always-on destination.
  5. Add a signup or preferences path. Let employees subscribe or manage what they receive from the hub. See Audiences.
  6. Personalize the experience. Use tokens so greetings and links adapt per subscriber. See Personalization tags.

Measure success​

Track the report metrics that prove adoption: Broadcast opens and clicks that route to the hub, plus repeat visits to the microsite over time. A healthy hub shows steady traffic between Broadcasts, not just spikes on send day.
