Add a widget to a Page or Post

Widgets are reusable blocks — such as a signup form, poll, countdown, or navigation menu — that you can drop into a microsite Page or Post. Adding an existing widget lets you reuse a configured block without rebuilding it, and keeps its behavior consistent everywhere it appears.

Before you begin​

  • Make sure the widget you want already exists and is published or ready to use. If it does not, create it first from the widget library.
  • Open the Page or Post you want to edit, and confirm you have permission to change it.
  • Decide where on the layout the widget should sit (for example, header, body, or sidebar). (confirm the exact regions available in your account)

Steps​

  1. Open the Page or Post in the editor.
  2. Place your cursor, or select the layout region, where the widget should appear.
  3. Insert a widget block from the editor's content or component menu. (confirm the exact menu path in your account)
  4. Choose the existing widget from the picker. Search or filter by name if the list is long.
  5. Adjust any per-placement options the widget offers (such as title, size, or display conditions), then save.
  6. Preview the Page or Post to check placement and spacing on desktop and mobile.

Result​

The widget appears inline on the Page or Post and behaves as configured. Because it references the shared widget, updates you make to the source widget flow through to every place it is embedded.
