Manage attendees and responses

Once an event experience is live and subscribers begin registering, you can review who responded, track response types (such as attending, declined, or waitlisted), and export the attendee list for follow-up or reconciliation with other systems.

Before you begin

  • Your event experience must be published and receiving responses. Responses only appear after at least one subscriber has submitted the registration form.
  • You need access to the Folder (Project Folder) that contains the event, with permission to view its responses and reporting.
  • Decide how you'll use the data — a quick review inside the platform, or an export for a spreadsheet, CRM, or check-in tool.

Steps

  1. Open the Folder that holds your event experience and select the event.
  2. Open its responses or attendees view to see the list of subscribers who registered (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  3. Use the built-in filters to narrow the list by response type (for example, attending vs. declined) or by registration date.
  4. Select an individual subscriber to see their full response, including any custom fields captured on the form.
  5. To pull the data out, choose the export option and download the attendee list — typically as a CSV you can open in a spreadsheet.

Result

You have an up-to-date view of who registered and how they responded, plus an exported file you can share with organizers, sync to another system, or use for on-site check-in.
