Let readers subscribe from your hub

Your newsletter hub is a public page where anyone can browse past Broadcasts. Adding a sign-up option turns casual readers into subscribers, so new visitors can opt in and receive future Editions without you chasing addresses by hand.

Before you begin

  • Confirm you have edit access to the newsletter hub you want to change.
  • Decide which audience new subscribers should join, so you know where their details will land.
  • Have your privacy or consent wording ready (for example, a link to your privacy notice), if your organization requires it.
  • Know which fields you want to collect. Email is usually enough; extra fields lower completion rates.

Steps

  1. Open the newsletter hub you want to edit from your Folder of hubs and enter its layout or design view. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
  2. Add a sign-up form element to the hub — most layouts include a header, sidebar, or footer slot suited to it.
  3. Point the form at the audience that new subscribers should join, so submissions are added to the right list.
  4. Set the fields to collect. Keep the email field required and mark any others as optional.
  5. Add a clear call to action (for example, "Subscribe") and any consent text or privacy link you need.
  6. Choose what happens after someone submits — a thank-you message, a redirect, or a confirmation email.
  7. Save and publish the hub so the change goes live.

Result

Visitors see a sign-up option on the hub. When a subscriber submits the form, their details are added to your chosen audience and they can be included in future Broadcasts. Test it yourself by submitting the form and confirming the new subscriber appears in the audience.
