Publish a Broadcast to the archive

Adding a sent Broadcast to your newsletter archive gives subscribers a browser-friendly, permanent web version of the email. It powers the "View in browser" link, helps with sharing, and builds a running history of past issues that readers (and search engines) can find later.

Before you begin

  • The Edition you want to publish should already be sent as a Broadcast, or ready to send. You can usually publish the archived copy at send time or afterward.
  • Confirm you have an active newsletter archive (Newsletter Hub) configured for your account, and that you have permission to publish to it. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
  • Decide how the archived version should handle personalization tokens — archived pages are public, so tokens typically fall back to safe defaults rather than showing individual subscriber data.

Steps

  1. Open the Folder that contains the Edition, and select the sent Broadcast you want to archive.
  2. Choose the option to publish or add the Broadcast to the archive. This is often available from the Broadcast's actions menu or its post-send summary. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
  3. Select the target archive (Newsletter Hub) and, if prompted, the category or issue grouping the Broadcast should appear under.
  4. Review the web version, then confirm and publish. Copy the resulting public URL if you want to reference it elsewhere.

Result

The Broadcast now appears as a page in your online archive with its own public URL. Open that URL in a private browser window to confirm the layout renders and links work. New sends can reuse the same "View in browser" behavior automatically once archiving is enabled.
