Schedule and publish a Post
Publish a Post now so it goes live immediately, or schedule it to appear at a future date and time. Scheduling lets you prepare content in advance and align a Post's launch with a Broadcast, a campaign, or an announcement.
Before you begin
- The Post is finished and reviewed — layout, links, images, and any personalization all check out in preview.
- You know the exact go-live date and time, and the time zone that applies to your account.
- You have publishing rights for the microsite or experience that hosts the Post.
- If the Post supports a send, the related Edition or Broadcast is ready so timing lines up. (confirm the exact steps in your account)
Steps
- Open the Post you want to launch and confirm you are on its latest saved version.
- Preview one more time to verify links, images, and personalization render correctly.
- Choose the publish action for the Post. (confirm the exact label in your account)
- To go live immediately, select Publish now and confirm.
- To schedule, select the schedule option, then set the go-live date and time. Double-check the time zone shown so the Post appears when you intend.
- Optionally set an unpublish or expiry date if the Post should come down automatically.
- Save the schedule. The Post's status should update to reflect that it is scheduled or live.
Result
A published Post is live at its URL right away. A scheduled Post stays queued and switches to live automatically at the chosen time — no manual action needed. You can return to the Post to reschedule or unpublish before or after it goes live.
