Save lists and segments as favorites

Mark the lists and segments you use most as favorites so they surface first when you pick recipients for a Broadcast. Favorites don't change who a list contains — they're just a shortcut that saves you from scrolling or searching every time you send.

Before you begin

  • The list or segment must already exist and be visible to you in the audience area.
  • You need permission to send Broadcasts and to select recipients.
  • Decide which lists you reach for most often — favorites are personal to your account, so mark the ones you use.

Steps

  1. Open the audience area and locate the list or segment you want to flag.
  2. Select the favorite control on that list — typically a star or bookmark icon shown next to its name. (Confirm the exact control in your account.)
  3. Confirm the icon changes to its "favorited" state. Repeat for any other lists you want quick access to.
  4. When you build a Broadcast and choose recipients, open the recipient picker: your favorites appear at the top, or under a Favorites filter, ahead of the full list. (Confirm the exact steps in your account.)
  5. To remove a favorite, select the same control again to toggle it off.

Result

Your chosen lists and segments now appear first when you select recipients for an Edition, so you can send to your usual audiences with fewer clicks. The underlying membership is unchanged.
