Send an Edition as a Broadcast

Turn a finished Edition into a Broadcast and send it out immediately to your chosen subscribers.

Before you begin​

  • Open the Edition you want to send and confirm the content is final — subject line, preheader, links, and any personalization tokens.
  • Send yourself a test (or preview) and check how it renders on desktop and mobile.
  • Decide who receives it: have your target audience or subscriber list ready.
  • Confirm your sending address and reply-to are correct and authenticated for your account.
  • Make sure the Edition lives in the right Folder so it is easy to find later in reporting.

Steps​

  1. From the Folder, open the finished Edition you want to broadcast.
  2. Choose the option to send or broadcast the Edition (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  3. Select the audience or subscriber list that should receive it.
  4. Review the delivery summary: recipient count, from/reply-to address, subject line, and any tracking or link settings.
  5. Choose to send immediately (rather than scheduling for later).
  6. Confirm to release the Broadcast.

Result​

The Edition is now a Broadcast and begins delivering to your subscribers. You can track opens, clicks, and delivery status on the Broadcast's report as results come in. Delivery to the full list may take a little time depending on its size.
