Generate Images with AI

Create original images from a text prompt and add them to your content, so you don't have to source or license artwork separately. AI image generation is useful for hero banners, section illustrations, and concept art when you know what you want but don't have a ready-made asset.

Before you begin

  • Confirm that AI Assist image generation is enabled for your account. If you don't see the option, ask your account admin (confirm the exact steps in your account).
  • Open the Edition you want to add the image to, or have a Folder in mind for storing the result.
  • Draft a short, specific prompt. Describe the subject, style, mood, and any colors — for example, "a flat-illustration city skyline at sunrise, teal and orange, wide banner."
  • Check your brand guidelines for image style, and review any usage or licensing terms your organization applies to AI-generated content.

Steps

  1. In the content editor, open the AI Assist image tool from the image or media options (confirm the exact location in your account).
  2. Enter your text prompt. Be specific about subject, composition, and style.
  3. Choose an aspect ratio or size that fits where the image will appear (for example, a wide banner versus a square block).
  4. Generate the image, then review the results. Refine the prompt and regenerate if the first result isn't right.
  5. Select the image you want and insert it into your Edition, or save it to a Folder for later use.
  6. Add descriptive alt text so the image is accessible to all subscribers.

Result

The generated image appears in your Edition (or your chosen Folder) and behaves like any other uploaded image — you can resize it, link it, and include it in a Broadcast.
