Audio and Podcast Overview
In-email audio lets you place an audio clip or podcast episode inside an Edition, with a fallback shown in inboxes where inline playback isn't supported. Reach for this area when you want a subscriber to listen to or preview audio without leaving the message.
What you can do here
- Add an audio clip or podcast episode to an Edition and configure its player.
- Set the artwork, title, and play controls a subscriber sees inline.
- Provide a fallback link so subscribers whose mail client can't play audio inline can still reach the clip.
- Understand which mail clients play audio inline versus showing the static fallback.
- Preview and test how the player and its fallback appear before you send the Broadcast.
