Surveys Overview
Surveys let you gather structured feedback directly inside an Edition, so subscribers answer multiple questions without leaving the email. Use this area when you want richer input than a single-question poll and want responses tied back to each recipient.
What you can do here
- Build a multi-question survey and place it inside an Edition.
- Mix question types (single choice, multiple choice, rating, and free text) in one survey.
- Capture each subscriber's responses when they interact from the email.
- Set which questions are required so you collect the answers that matter.
- Review results once the Edition has been sent as a Broadcast.
